His track record includes managing $10M+ portfolios, constructing and leading high-performance engineering teams, and advancing digital engineering strategies driving agility, security, and mission readiness. Most recently, Javier served as Chief Engineer at Semper Valens Solutions, where he defined go-to-market strategies and pioneered disruptive technologies for both Department of Defense (DoD) and healthcare sectors. Javier’s appointment marks a pivotal step in Veritech’s long-planned portfolio diversification—accelerating our expansion into advanced digital engineering, multi-domain operations with a primary focus on Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) entry which includes an aggressive twelve (12)-month Road Map which Joe and Tracy have approved.
While this is no way ends our vast expansion plan of engineers, Javier joining Veritech is a key capture we had hoped to see come to life for quite some time and will ensure we gain the right engineers moving forward… and perhaps even a day or two (2) off for our CEO.
